[Toonami Collab]

it's definitely not the best collab I've seen, a lot of the presentation felt sloppy, a lot of the cartoons felt a bit fast/short, and with the transitions from animation to animation being fast it felt like I was getting whiplash once every minute. the individual animations themselves were good, I will say some were definitely heavier hitters than others, although the pop team epic reanimated just felt like it was padding for the collab, not really being that interesting or funny outside of what the original jokes were from the episode. I also dont think pop team epic should have been the anime to reanimate, it's not really the most iconic thing to come from Toonami, and definitely not enough to be getting the majority of the thumbnails space, overshadowing the mascot of Toonami, that's another thing I felt should be in the collab, Tom himself! there should have been bumpers in between the animations of Tom in his spaceship, that would have helped the collab a lot I feel, it was also just such an iconic part of Toonami that it feels wrong not to include. I like this collabs animations a lot but I cannot in confidence say it was good, there's so much wasted potential, sloppy presentation, and unnecessary padding. I'm not gonna harp on Sevi too much because I think this was there first collab there in charge of but i do hope that if they try a crack at it again that it'll turn out a lot better.
